The CM-350 abrasive cutter, designed to cut aluminium profiles and plastic materials, is formed by:

- Two horizontal clamps which can be positioned on the longitudinal axis of the profile and which allow it to be held as near to the cutting une as possible.

- Rotation and positioning of the cutterquote is head at all angles to cut at 90º, 45º to the right and 45º to the left and the head can be slanted to cut at 45º to the left of the vertical axis.

- Revolving graduated disc on rolling track. The disc is automatically positioned at 45º to the right and left, at 30º to the right and left and at 90º.

- Total protection of disc according to accident prevention norms.

- Robust construction which ensures its reliabihity and makes it a silent machine.

CM-350/N OPTION

- As welI as the detailed general characteristics, the horizontal manually-operated clamps can be replaced by pneumatic cylinders by installing two vertical pneumatic pistons. The profile holding cycle is automatic and fast to avoid loss of time.

- The cooling system is pneumatically-operated and is by means of adjustabte spray.

- The machines equipped with:

• Blow gun to remove of chips.

CM-350/A OPTIONS

- Totally automatic version, equipped with hydrocontrol.

• A maintenance unit formed by a regulating filter, lubricator and manometer
