Ihe MTS and ABS cutting-off machines, designed for cutting sections in aluminium and plastic materials have the following characteristics:

  • Robust steel construction which ensures reliability and silent operation.
  • Rotating plate graduated to 90º right and left with fixed positions at 0º, 30º, 45º, 90º
  • Hermetic sealing of rotating plate to ensure that no foreign bodies nor coolant enter the rolling track.
  • The main clamp slides over the table guided by horizontal columns to ensure its parallelism a maintained and to increases the machine's cutting capacity.
  • Transparent hood with total work visibility.
  • Pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps.
  • Pneumatic installation with maintenance unit.
  • Electric panel with 24V transformer for the 10w voltage operations panel.
  • Machine equipped and marked to guarantee safe operation, in compliance with EC standards.
