CHARACTERISTICS
Ihe MTS and ABS cutting-off machines, designed for cutting sections
in aluminium and plastic materials have the following characteristics:
- Robust steel construction which ensures reliability and silent
operation.
- Rotating plate graduated to 90º right and left with fixed
positions at 0º, 30º, 45º, 90º
- Hermetic sealing of rotating plate to ensure that no foreign
bodies nor coolant enter the rolling track.
- The main clamp slides over the table guided by horizontal columns
to ensure its parallelism a maintained and to increases the machine's
cutting capacity.
- Transparent hood with total work visibility.
- Pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps.
- Pneumatic installation with maintenance unit.
- Electric panel with 24V transformer for the 10w voltage operations
panel.
- Machine equipped and marked to guarantee safe operation, in
compliance with EC standards.
MTS-350/N OPTION.
This model has all of the general and technical characteristics
of the MTS-350.
Manual operation of cutting disc, by means of a lever.
Ihe vertical and horizontal clamps are pneumatic, the cycle is automatic
and rapid.
MTS-350/A OPTION.
Totally automatic version, with all of the general and technical
characteristics of the MTS-350/N model.
ABS-450/A OPTION.
Totally automatic machine, with all of the general and technical
characteristics indicated.
