GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• The FC 500-N copying miller is a semi-automatic machine specíally designed for aluminium carpentry. It has many different appfications - keyholes, lock and hinge housings, special milling processes.
• Milling operations can be performed using a tracer-copier which reproduces template figures fo their full size (1:1 scale) or by using longitudinal or transverse coordinates, graduated in millimetres fo carry out all kinds of mortise work (sea figure 1). All operations can be carried out on the top face of the profile and then the lower face without having to tum the profile over (see figure 2).
• The tracer-copier device has two positions: the free position to work with coordinates and the work position to copy any template figure with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the size as required.
• Automatic spray cooling system, adjustable from control panel.
• The profile rests on nylon guides as well as tightening clamps.
• The profile is fixed in place by pneumatic cylinders: one horizontal cylinder for the clamp and two vertical tamper cylinders.
• The FC 500-N copying miller is supplied with the following elements:

  • 1 milling cutter.
  • 1 27 mm spanner.
  • 1 17 mm spanner.
  • 1 8 mm allen key.
  • 1 set of stops.
  • 1 plantilla ranurada.
  • 1 grooved template.

The FC 500-M copying mihler has fha same general and technical characteteristics as the FC 500-N but with fhe following differences:

• The miller cooling system is by diaphragm pump.
• The profiles are held in place by means of a manually operated horizontal clarnp.
